Patient portal
The patient portal is a part of SwipeCare® where the patients can log in and e.g. answer questionnaires, book appointments or see where they are in their own care process.
We accompanied the nurses at ASIH (Specialist Home Care) in Sollentuna, just outside Stockholm, where the patient portal was introduced. How do they and their patients think about working with the patient portal as part of the care process?
